I'd really like to know who is using the icons I create, and this is a well shared thought amongst most icon makers. It's nice to know who cares about your work, and it gives you an idea of what people want. It's even better when you leave constructive critisism!


Credit
I really appreciate credit. It's a way for other people to find me, and share the icons throughout LiveJournal! Plus, where would Leonardo DaVinci be if nobody ever gave him credit when they showed people the Mona Lisa? OK, I'm not saying I'm DaVinci, but an artist appreciates credit, so if you take an icon, credit peasanticons by typing in peasanticons anywhere in your icon keywords.

Save to Your Own Server
Please please please save any icons that you take either to your hardrive or to your own server. I've had bandwidth problems with Photobucket before, and trust me, it's not any fun.

Where did I get all my crap for making icons? Resources is a list of sites where I get my pictures. I sometimes use brushes by:
